적용 중인 테마 파일 폴더 아래 gtkrc 파일에 아래 내용 추가

잉크스케이프 설치 폴더 아래 etc 폴더에 gtkrc 파일에 위 내용 추가
파일이 없으면 새로만들기
ex) c:\Program Files\inkscape\etc\gtk-2.0\gtkrc
